<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet device capable of suppressing and preventing the characteristic change of a driving signal without increasing power consumption when amplifying power by using a digital power amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: A drive waveform signal WCOM that is a reference for driving a plurality of nozzle actuators 22 for jetting liquid is generated by a drive waveform signal generation circuit 25, and is modulated in terms of pulse by a modulation circuit 26, and a modulating signal modulated in terms of pulse is amplified in terms of power by a switching element pair, which is push-pull connected, of the digital power amplifier 28, then a power modulating signal amplified in terms of power is smoothed by a first smoothing filter 29a corresponding to the digital power amplifier 28 and by a second smoothing filter 29b corresponding to the respective nozzle actuators 22, and is output to the nozzle actuator 22. The second smoothing filter 29b is constituted of a low-pass filter comprising a resistance R and the capacitance of the nozzle actuator 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
