PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic system capable of easily discriminating between a normal blood flow and a microreverse flow using image data photographed by a color Doppler mode and capable of forming an ultrasonic image. SOLUTION: In the case where the Doppler image data photographed by the color Doppler mode is subjected to speed-dispersion display, an image is divided into a plurality of small regions by the difference of colors and, since the small region reduced in the number of pixels is considered to be a reverse flow component being an abnormal blood flow, a correction factor is determined so as to keep or emphasize the pixel value in the small region. On the other hand, since the small region many in the number of pixels is considered to be a turbulent flow component being a normal blood flow, the correction factor is determined so as to lower the pixel value in the small region.
