PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminated rubber equipped with a load sensing function excellent in measurement accuracy, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Laminated rubber 6 formed by alternately laminating steel plates composed of upper and lower steel plates 13, 14 which are thick in thickness, and a plurality of thin-walled intermediate steel plate 15, and a rubber layer 16 is characterized in that a plurality of measuring holes 21 which penetrate the steel plates in a thickness direction and reaches the inside of adjacent rubber layer 16 is arranged at a space mutually in either of the upper/lower-steel plates 13, 14, a viscous fluid is filled in each measuring hole 21, and the measuring hole 21 is closed by attaching a pressure sensor 24 to a steel plate side of each measuring hole 21.
