PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose having excellent flexibility and sufficient strength and durability and suitable for a shower hose etc. mounted to a faucet metal fitting e.g. in a sink cabinet or a wash stand and having the other end mounted with a head with a discharge port. SOLUTION: The hose comprises at least an inner layer and an outer layer adjacent to the inner layer. The inner layer comprises cross-linked polyolefin resin and the outer layer comprises cross-linked rubber. As physical properties of the hose, tensile rupture strength at 100°C is≥1.5 MPa, and force required for bending to achieve R=75 mm is≤1.2 N. In the hose consisting of at least the inner layer comprising cross-linked polyolefin resin and the outer layer adjacent to the inner layer and comprising cross-linked rubber, the cross-linked rubber of the outer layer is mainly composed of ethylene-propylene-diene interpolymer.
