PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving assisting device capable of preventing the contact of a vehicle body caused by inner wheel difference by giving a display for making a driver aware of the inner wheel difference when a vehicle is turning. SOLUTION: An average distance rAV of a distance r1 in a horizontal direction between the predetermined part P1 of the vehicle remotest from the center point of the turning of the vehicle in the horizontal direction and a turning center OTC and a distance r3 in the horizontal direction between an inner rear wheel in the turning direction of the vehicle and the turning center OTC is calculated corresponding to a steering angleθST, and accordingly the locus LAV of the center of a virtual vehicle separated from the turning center OTC with the average distance rAV in the horizontal direction is predicted. A guide line LG for indicating the predicted locus LAV of the center of the virtual vehicle is displayed at the interior member at the front of the driver in the cabin of the vehicle.
