<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a reflective liquid crystal device capable of preventing the occurrence of a light reflecting rugged part due to a contact hole, improving display characteristics such as contrast and preventing a pixel switching element from malfunctioning by light made incident from between a light reflecting films further; a projection display device provided with the reflective liquid crystal device; and an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: In an element substrate 10 of the reflective liquid crystal device 100, first contact holes 41a and 41b comprising a lower layer side light reflecting film and connecting a data line 5a and a relay electrode 5b and a field effect transistor 30 are formed at positions to overlap with an upper layer side light reflecting film 7a. A second contact hole 42a passing through a second interlayer dielectric 42 and a third interlayer dielectric 43 is formed at a position off the upper layer side light reflecting film 7a, and a reflecting film pattern 5c comprising the lower layer side light reflecting film is formed at a position overlapped with the second contact hole 42a in the plane view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
