<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper processing device for continuously cutting continuous paper according to a desired paper size by a cutting device. <P>SOLUTION: A cutter part 22 is provided with a plurality of cutting parts 64 and 66 along a width direction of the continuous paper P. Each of driving motors 84 and 100 for driving each of the cutting parts 64 and 66 is provided. The cutting parts 64 and 66 can be rotated in independent states from each other. By rotating each of the cutting parts 64 and 66, one continuous paper cut by a center slitter 36 is cut along the width direction by the cutting part 64, while the other continuous paper is cut along the width direction by the cutting part 66.
