PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the leakage of the unrequired wave components of an RF signal band without adding a low-pass filter. SOLUTION: The image cancellation type mixer circuit comprises: a distributor 1 for distributing LO signals inputted to a local oscillation frequency (LO) signal input port 6 to ports 7 and 8 by the same phase and giving such a phase difference that the phase in the port 8 is delayed for 90°relative to the phase in the port 7 for the components of the RF signal band inputted to the port 6; a 90°hybrid circuit 2 for transmitting first transmission signals and second transmission signals whose phases are different by 90°; a mixer 3 for mixing the LO signals of the port 7 and the first transmission signals; a mixer 4 for mixing the LO signals of the port 8 and the second transmission signals; and a 90°hybrid circuit 5 for giving a phase difference to be delayed by 90°from the RF signals outputted from the mixer 4 to the RF signals outputted from the mixer 3 and adding the RF signals.
