PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip facilitating mounting work and preventing dropping of the mounted clip from a mounting member even if a hinge is broken after mounting. SOLUTION: The clip 1 has a flange 3, a shaft part 5 and first and second arms 6, 7 arranged in end parts of the shaft part 5 so as to oppose to each other in the diametrical direction of the shaft part 5. The first arm 6 is fixed while extended approximately in parallel with the flange 3 and sandwiches the mounting member, and the second arm 7 is connected to the shaft part 5 by the thin hinge 14 and can be turned from an initial posture axially extended from the shaft part 5 to a sandwiching posture approximately in parallel with the flange 3. A lever 15 is tightly connected to the second arm 7 so as to be turned around the hinge 14 together with the second arm 7. A lock claw 17 extended to the shaft part 5 side is formed on the lever 15, and a slit 19 for receiving the lock claw 17 and a latching claw 18 engaged with the lock claw 17 are formed on the side face of the shaft part 5.
