PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously obtain a wide advancing operation by detecting a rotation speed from the trigger coil which is installed in parallel to the primary winding wire of an ignition coil to set up the ignition timing within the nearly whole range of one forward voltage portion of trigger coil voltage, and to obtain more efficient combustion operation by enabling the accurate, stable measurement of the rotation speed regardless of variation in the voltage of the ignition coil. SOLUTION: The voltage E of the trigger coil installed in parallel to the primary winding wire of the ignition coil is obtained, and the rotation speed is obtained from the periodic detection timing t1 of the external interrupt signal s1 obtained from an anterior inverse voltage portion. Under the condition that the voltage portion of the primary winding wire is equal to or higher than the value for keeping the spark flying, a large advance angle is continuously obtained by outputting an ignition signal s3 according to the data obtained from table data TD.
