The method involves extracting heat from a circuit (5) by a heat pump (14). The heat is supplied to incoming air flow (ZU) in flow direction behind a thermotechnical coupling with outgoing airflow (AB), or accommodated heat storage or consumer outside a circuit distributed system (4). Heat is extracted from a cooling circuit by the heat pump and is applied into the circuit distributed system. The heat pump is controlled based on parameter such as target value for flow temperature in a heating circuit and temperature of load or heat storage. An independent claim is also included for a device for aeration of objects by utilizing heat recovery system.
