The device comprises a base in the form of expanding legs (2), a sliding tripod (3) secured on said base, lateral strainers (4) with means for fixing to the ground (5) and an electronic control unit with a keyboard (9) which is connected by means of a wire to a light source (7) arranged on a rotary joint (6). The light source (7) is in the form a closed shell (11) with two openings. The shell contains a frame consisting of a lower mounting flange with holes which is connected by means of rods to a reflecting plate, a lamp bracket and a protective screen. A centering stem passes along the height of the shell and extends therebeyond. A limiting plate is positioned in the top part of the shell and an annular plate is arranged in the lower part thereof. The shell consists of two interconnected parts (41, 42) combined in the form of a lamp shade which is placed on umbrella-shaped spokes fixed over the frame via adapters by means of an articulated joint to the top limiting plate and to the lower mounting flange, and the centering stem is attached to the reflecting plate from the bottom by means of a box sleeve with a lock. A sleeve with an arrester moves in a released state in the top part of the centering stem above the shell. The top part of the shell is secured between the limitingplate and a top annular plate placed above the shell, wherein said plates are coupled by means of fasteners. Said invention makes it possible to simplify the structural design of the structure and to increase the operating speed of the device.
