PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission control device for a motorcycle, capable of performing automatic shifting without keeping a finger away from by a rider in driving, and simplifying switch operation by reducing the number of the switches. SOLUTION: The automatic transmission control device for the motorcycle controls a CVT device (V-belt automatic transmission)10 for transmitting the rotation of a crankshaft 15 of an engine 9 to an axle 48 after continuously changing a gear ratio. The automatic transmission control device for the motorcycle can switch the change gear ratio of the CVT device 10 into an automatic shift mode for automatically controlling the gear change ratio or a manual shift mode for selectively setting the change gear ratio into a predetermined fixed change gear ratio by manual operation.
