PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a reinforcing member to a fixed part and fix it without looseness. SOLUTION: A hollow tabular body 1 is made of thermoplastic resin blow molded, has a surface wall 2 and a back wall 3 to be opposed at an interval, and a peripheral wall 1a interposed between the periphery of the surface wall and the periphery of the back wall, and is reinforced by fixing the reinforcing member 6 disposed in a hollow part 9 at the fixed part 4. A plurality of fixed parts 4 composed of recessed parts dented toward the surface wall are provided on the back wall 3 at an interval to each other along the portion where the reinforcing member 6 composed of a metal cylindrical body, and a projection part 7a having the tip end abutting to each recessed part are projectively provided on the metal cylindrical body toward the back wall.
