PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support apparatus for preventing a driver from being confused. SOLUTION: A drive support apparatus 1 includes a signal detection means 3c for detecting switching timing Tcr of a signal of a traffic signal on a road side through a road side machine 4 from the traffic signal on the road side; a signal display means 3e for displaying a signal in a vehicle on the basis of the timing Tcr of the signal of the traffic signal on the road side; and a storage means 3d for storing a maximum delay time Tmax of a switching timing Tc of a signal displayed on a signal display means 3e with respect to the timing Tcr of the signal of the traffic signal on the road side. In a period from a switching preparation timing Tcp before by the maximum delay time Tmax from the switching timing Tc of the signal displayed on the display means 3e to the switching timing Tc of the signal displayed on the display means 3e, the display means 3e displays both the signal to be displayed before the preparation timing Tcp and the signal to be displayed after the switching timing Tc of the signal displayed on the display means 3e.
