PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard alarm device for outputting an alarm to an object in accordance with a possibility that an own vehicle encounters such circumstances that any object other than the own vehicle approaches the other object. SOLUTION: This onboard alarm device includes an object information acquisition means 10 for acquiring object information about the location of the other vehicle present in the periphery of the own vehicle and the other vehicle; an involvement level calculation means 20 for referring to a caution pattern related to the object information preliminarily defined as such circumstances that possibility that a first other vehicle approaches a second other vehicle is high on the basis of the acquired object information, and for calculating an involvement level related to the possibility of encountering a situation that the other vehicles approach; an alarm creation means 30 for creating an alarm related to the other vehicle whose involvement level is calculated according to the calculated involvement level; and an output means 40 for outputting the created alarm to the other vehicle.
