PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer therapeutic agent containing an antibody against an epidermal cell growth factor receptor family, which is high in effect and low in a dose per time. SOLUTION: The antibody against the epidermal cell growth factor receptor family is disclosed together with the pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, containing the antibody to recognize at least two different sites of the family and having complement-dependent cytotoxicity activity.
