PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelash cosmetic which has high power to curl and to keep curliness, and moreover excels in makeup durability and cleansing properties. SOLUTION: The eyelash cosmetic comprises (A) a silanol group-containing organopolysilsesquioxane, (B) an organopolysiloxane, whose both terminals are modified, represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>11</SP>to R<SP>16</SP>are each a 1-6C alkyl group, a phenyl group or a naphthyl group; R<SP>17</SP>and R<SP>18</SP>are each a saturated hydrocarbon group having an average carbon number of 16-600 obtained by the living polymerization of ethylene; and s is a number of 0 or more), and (C) a liquid oil having a molecular weight of 240-1,200.
