PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet ejection mechanism of a dispenser for preventing a PTP (press through package) tablet sheet from being ejected from a tablet cassette in the case that the PTP tablet sheet is loaded in the tablet cassette with its label toward a machine front direction by mistake. SOLUTION: In this sheet ejection mechanism, the tablet cassette 500 is provided with a push out member 546 for contacting with a pocket at a sheet rear end side of a lowest PTP tablet sheet 900 and pushing out the lowest PTP tablet sheet 900 from the tablet cassette 500 toward a chucking unit by a distance longer than a second distance from the sheet rear end to the pocket at the rear end side and shorter than the first distance from the sheet tip end to a pocket at the tip end side.
