<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy-made brazing sheet with which on the surface cladded with a brazing filler metal, even after brazing-treatment, the high corrosion resistance is kept and the good brazing property can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy-made brazing sheet 10A is composed of a core material 11 and a first brazing filler metal 12a covered on one side surface of the core material. The core material contains 0.2-1.0 mass% Cu, and also, at least one element of no more than 1.5 mass% Si, on more than 1.8 mass% Mn, no more than 0.35 mass% Ti and no more than 0.5 mass% Mg and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. In the case of being a liquid phase ratio at the brazing temperature as X(%) and the thickness of the brazing filler metal as Y(μm) of the first brazing metal, the following (1), (2), (3) relations are to be satisfied.
