<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system capable of executing a notification preventing a misconception of an operator on information of an anatomical location and (or) orientation of a medical image. <P>SOLUTION: This medical system is provided with: an image signal acquisition means for acquiring a signal for creating an image according to a profile of a subject in a body cavity; an image creation means for creating a real-time image of the body cavity based on the acquired signal; a detection means for outputting the location and orientation of an element for detecting the location and orientation of the image as detection values; a reference image data retaining means for retaining reference image data formed by having a plurality of anatomical images of a human body; a guide image creation means for creating a guide image for guiding at least one of the anatomical location and orientation in the body cavity of the real-time image based on the detection values and the reference image data; and a detection state notification information creation means creating information for notifying the detection state of the detection values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
