<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device capable of preventing a semiconductor element from malfunctioning when being turned on. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the switching device for the semiconductor switching element Q1, the switching device comprising a time variation rate detecting means H1 of detecting the time variation rate of the gate voltage of the semiconductor switching element Q1, sign change detecting means CMP1 and CMP2 of detecting change in sign of the time variation rate based upon a detection result of the time variation rate detecting means H1, and switching means G1, M6 and R3 of varying a driving voltage or driving current to turn on the switching element Q1 according to detection timing of change in sign of the time variation rate detected by the sign change detecting means CMP1 and CMP2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
