摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt compatibility of fuel consumption improvement by enlargement of the low flow rate side of a detection dynamic range and output improvement by enlargement of the high flow rate side. SOLUTION: An intake system is connected to a plurality of cylinder intake branches 9R, 9L through one intake air volumetric part 1 from two of first and second intake conduit runs 3R, 3L from the upstream side, and throttles 2R, 2L and air flow meters 4R, 4L are respectively provided on each of the intake conduit runs 3R, 3L. Only opening of the first throttle 2R is regulated in correspondence with demanded intake air capacity while the second throttle 2L is maintained in a valve closing state by making it in a single throttle mode in a low rotation and low load region. The openings of the both throttles 2R, 2L are simultaneously controlled in the simultaneous and same opening in correspondence with the demanded intake air capacity by making it in a twin throttle mode on the intermediate to high load side.
