PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a player to easily recognize balance information. SOLUTION: A card reader is provided together with a Pachinko game machine, receives a recording medium wherein data capable of specifying a game value to be used in a game are recorded, and stores the balance information which is the size of the game value specified from the data stored in the recording medium. The card reader performs control for lending out game media to be used in the game corresponding to an operation by a player within the range of the size of the game value specified from the read data, and subtracts the balance information for the size of the game value corresponding to the lent-out game media.
