摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of suppressing occurrence of ion migration and enhancing the circuit efficiency of a power supply unit. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 comprises a unit substrate 2, series circuits C1-C5, and a power supply unit applying series voltage to series circuits. The substrate 2 comprises a plurality of pads 5. Series circuits are arranged in a meandering manner on the substrate 2. The series circuits consist of a plurality of LED 11 mounted on the substrate 2 and arranged alternately with a plurality of pads 5, a bonding wire 12 electrically connecting LED 11 with pads 5, and pads 5. At least of a pad 5 and a plurality of LED 11 are arranged in a circuit region A, between bending parts of meandering of series circuits, and pads 5 are arranged in a circuit region B consisting a bending part of the meandering. Thus, the difference among the electrical potentials in the circuit regions A, adjacent to the advancing direction of meandering and the difference in the electrical potentials of the pads 5 included in the circuit region Bs adjacent to the advancing direction of meandering are set smaller than series voltage applied to series circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
