<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system with a different irradiation angle, which can be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting system comprises a sheet-like substrate 6 with a wiring pattern formed thereon, a plurality of LEDs 4 electrically connected to the wiring pattern 6 and mounted on the sheet-like substrate 6, and a holding member 8 for holding the sheet-like substrate 6. The sheet-like substrate 6 includes a plurality of mounting pieces 18 which are divided into a plurality of pieces by slits of a predetermined length formed from one side end to other side end of the substrate 6. The LEDs 4 are mounted on the plurality of the mounting pieces 18 respectively. The holding member 8 includes a mounting surface 26 formed on one end part at a predetermined mounting angle. The plurality of LEDs 4 are attached on the mounting surface 26 together with the plurality of the mounting pieces 18.
