PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotary body which is made of a resin and has high reliability by improving bonding strength between a whirl stopping section provided at an outer peripheral part of a metallic bush and a fiber base material for reinforcement even when only one fiber base material for reinforcement is used. SOLUTION: Reinforcing fiber is accumulated around the outer peripheral part of the metallic bush 2 by using a paper making device to form a reinforcing fiber accumulation surrounding the outer peripheral part of the metallic bush 2 including one or more projections 4A. The reinforcing fiber accumulation is compressed in an axis line direction of a rotary shaft by using a pressing device to form the fiber base material for reinforcement 5.
