PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan capable of providing sufficient air capacity even in a low rotating region and restraining noise and horse power consumption in a high rotating region. SOLUTION: A shaft part 11 is formed on the inside in the radial direction of a fan blade 1, the shaft part 11 passes through a body 2 free to slide in the radial direction, an end part 11e in the radial direction of the shaft part 11 is connected to a central part 21 of the body 2 through an elastic body 3, a hollow cylindrical shape part 24 extending inward in the radial direction is formed on a point through which the shaft part 11 of the fan blade 1 of the body 2 passes, and the shaft part 11 of the fan blade is inserted into the hollow cylindrical shape part 24.
