SOLUTION: Whether the electronic part in the engine room or the engine is in a high temperature abnormal state to receive a damage due to heat is determined in accordance with at least one of determining results of determination whether temperature in the engine room is in a high temperature state to be high exceeding an upper limit value (S10) and determination whether a load against the engine is in a high load state to be higher than a set value (S20). Additionally, whether a radiator fan to cool the engine is in the maximum cooling state to work in the maximum load state is determined (S30). Furthermore, the load against the engine is reduced by forcibly stopping working of auxiliary equipment (S40) when it is determined to be in the high temperature abnormal state despite it is determined to be in the maximum cooling state.
