摘要 A fuel cell power generation system is provided to ensure sufficient contact time and contact area between condensed water and air for decarboxylation, thereby reducing a running cost or installation space thereof. A fuel cell power generation system includes: a fuel cell main body which is a laminate of many unit cells having an electrolyte interposed between a fuel electrode and an air electrode; a reformer which reforms fuel and supplies the reformed gas to the fuel electrode; an air supply device which supplies air to the air electrode; a condensation heat exchanger which withdraws condensed water from exhaust gas discharged from the fuel cell main body and/or the reformer; a decarboxylation device(11) which removes carbon dioxide dissolved in the condensed water; and a water tank which stores the condensed water decarboxylated in the decarboxylation device. The decarboxylation device has a slant board(30) formed of a porous material, and is configured to circulate air for decarboxylation from the lower part to the upper part of the slant board and to let the condensed water flow from the upper part to the lower part of the slant board, wherein the condensed water comes into contact with the air for carboxylation on the both surfaces(30a,30b) of the slant board while flowing down the slant board.
