PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slate material repairing method for repairing the strength of a slate material. SOLUTION: The slate material repairing method comprises: a first sealer application step of applying a first sealer to a surface of the slate material 1; a polymer cement application step of applying polymer cement to the surface of the slate material 1 to which the first sealer is applied in the first sealer application step; a second sealer application step of applying a second sealer to the surface of the slate material 1 to which the polymer cement is applied; and a paint application step of applying paint to the surface of the slate material 1 to which the second sealer is applied in the second sealer application step.
