<p>A safety device for the dump body (2) of tipper unloading type dump trucks (1), includes a dump truck with a rear tipper dump body (2, 25, 35); a safety device activated with the increase in inclination of the dump body; extendable dump body raising components (4) to raise one end of the dump body from the frame (3) of the dump truck; in which the safety device (6) includes at least one pair of struts (7) having one end connected by rotation (8) externally and inferiorly to the dump body bed, on its front part (9), and with the opposite end (12) sliding on guide components (10, 11) connected to the frame (3) of the dump truck, on its rear part; there are blocking devices (13) for the end (12) of the struts on the frame or guide components on increase in elevation of the dump body; the length of the said struts (7) being sufficient to maintain them at an inclination in the same direction as the dump body (2) and to avoid sticking when moving backwards. Also embodiments of a safety device are described, for the dump body of tipper unloading type dump trucks, which includes a dump truck (26, 36) with rear tipper dump body (25, 35); a safety device activated on inclination of the dump body with mobile components at the end of the dump body (30, 39) furthest from the unloading hatch (31); in which the area (30, 39) of the dump body furthest from the rear unloading hatch has an agitation device (27, 28, 29, 32, 37) activated by the operator for the transported loose material.</p> |
