<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling multimedia data corresponding to at least one multimedia area included in content created by a content creator based on a display state of the content displayed through a screen of a user terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: creating information on the multimedia area to activate a specific multimedia data among the multimedia data if the specific multimedia area among the multimedia areas included in the content is displayed on the screen of the user terminal; storing the content in connection with the information on the multimedia area; and providing the stored content to the user terminal if a request for viewing the content is received from the user terminal.
