<p>The interconnection system comprises at least one communication apparatus (1), preferably mobile, which may be linked to a remote information system (2) by a communication channel making it possible to override the firewalls. The communication apparatus (1) comprises presence signal sending means. A service component (4) of the communication apparatus establishes a communication channel to a remote service agent (5), which is assigned thereto, of the remote information system (2). The service component (4) of the communication apparatus (1) signals its presence at regular intervals, by notification signals to the remote service agent (5), so as to keep the communication channel active. The period of notification signals is defined by the remote service agent (5) at least once after the channel has been established. The remote service agent (5) can thereafter dispatch messages in real time to the service component (4).</p> |
