<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave aberration correction mirror and an optical pickup in which the influence of temperature on the flatness of the mirror is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the wave aberration correction mirror in which the aberration is corrected by moving the mirror face of a mirror base plate (6a) on which a piezoelectric material (2) is provided, a suppressor layer (21) for suppressing the deformation of the mirror base plate (6a) due to a thermal expansion is provided between the mirror base plate (6a) and a mirror fixing base (8), and a part of members which fix the suppressor layer (21) is provided as a fixing member solely for the suppressor layer, which is different from the mirror fixing base (8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
