The herein disclosed olive paste press 1 is composed of a belt fixed on a circularly moving base and onto shafts with gears-guides 2. Olive paste pressing is carried out at the beltÆs metal boxes 3 the base of which is composed of moving rods 4 and blades 7; the upper part of the boxes is fluted 10. Pressure is performed by a body resembling a track-laying vehicle 10. The metal caps 20 covering the box assist the olive paste pressing. A paste receiving funnel 25 is positioned at the starting point of the belt. |
