METHOD OF RESELECTING A CELL BASED ON PRIORITIES

A reselecting method based on priority is provided to guarantee QoS(Quality of Service) to a terminal in a wireless communication system and reduce power consumption for moving the terminal. A signal of a candidate cell is measured(S1010). When signal property of the candidate cell satisfies a predetermined condition for a predetermined time, the candidate cell is selected(S1030). The predetermined time is changed according to priority of the candidate cell. The priority is the priority for a frequency, an RAT(Radio Access Technology), or combination of the frequency and the RAT.
