A semiconductor device is provided to prevent the disconnection of connection line by randomly arranging the pre-decoded signal line. A plurality of PMOS transistors and NMOS transistors are formed on a semiconductor substrate(100) of sub-word line driver region. The first contact plug(106a~106d) and the second contact plug(108a~108d) are formed in the source region of the PMOS transistor and the source region of the NMOS transistor. The third contact plug(110a~110d) is formed in the common drain region of the NMOS transistor and the PMOS transistor. A plurality of connection lines(112a~112d) are formed on the top of the third contact plug. A plurality of connection lines is connected to a plurality of sub word lines(SWL0~SWL7). The sub word line positioned at both edges is connected to the most distant PMOS transistor of 2 among a plurality of PMOS transistors. |
