A passenger seat apparatus of vehicles is provided to change the back part and a seating part of a seat shell according to two different seat positions to save the space. A passenger seat apparatus of a vehicle includes a seat shell device(151), a seat cushion device(152), and bearing devices(159a,159b,10a). The seat shell device includes first and second half shell regions serving as a back part and a seating part. The seat cushion device is inserted into the seat shell device. The bearing devices turn the seat shell device inside the vehicle. Seat positions include the back part and the seating part of the seat shell device according to the bearing devices.
