METHOD FOR GENERATING REFERENCE SIGNAL SEQUENCE

A method for generating a reference signal sequence is provided to minimize interference between sequences with different lengths among ZC(Zadoff-Chu) sequences in each group by generating the reference signal sequence using the ZC sequence with various lengths based on the grouped sequence. A specific base sequence among a base sequence divided into a predetermined number of groups is prescribed by using a q-th root ZC sequence. The reference signal sequence is generated by applying a cycle shift according to the predetermined cycle shift value to the base sequence. The q is the function of the group index about the predetermined number of the groups and the index showing the base sequence number in each group.
