<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing capable of inhibiting a retainer from being damaged by avoiding a rolling element from colliding against a pocket of the retainer when the rolling element moves in the radial directrion and permitting increase in load capacity of the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The thrust roller bearing comprises a retainer 10 in which each rolling element 1 is retained in a plurality of pockets 14 provided in an annular part and a race ring 20 provided with an annular plate part 21 on which the rolling element 1 rolls. Locking parts 23a, 23b are provided on the whole circumference of the annular plate part 21 of the drive wheel 20 on the inner diameter side and the outer diameter side or either one of them to lock the retainer 10 when the retainer moves in the axial direction, and guide parts 24a, 24b which guide the end face of the rolling element 1 are provided on the locking parts 23a, 23b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
