A TFT array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided to install a power line of a transparent conductive film type in a TFT array substrate, thereby realizing high transmittance. A transparent conductive film(11) is formed on a substrate(10). A gate electrode(13) is formed on the transparent conductive film. A gate insulating film(14) is formed on the gate electrode. A semiconductor layer(15) is formed on the gate insulating film. A source electrode and a drain electrode(16) are formed on the semiconductor layer. A protective film(17) is formed in the front side of the substrate including the source/drain electrodes. |
