FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method for methanol preparation by the reaction of hydrogen with carbon oxides fed in the form of synthesis gas in the presence of solid catalyst suspended in the liquid phase with following removal of methanol-containing liquid phase from reaction zone. The interreaction of the hydrogen with carbon oxides is carried out at temperature and pressure providing condensation of the methanol forming on catalyst surface to the liquid phase including water and methanol.
