A method for rehabilitating the patients with the infiltrative form of the pulmonary tuberculosis comprises chemotherapy and the specific complex of the physical exercises based on yoga Asan in turn with the breathing exercises. In the course of the preparative step, the dynamic exercises facilitating the movements in the backbone, the thorax and the joints of the limbs in various directions are performed followed by the static breathing exercises. The principal part of the exercises provides for the exercises facilitating the movements of the diaphragm, improving the elasticity of the pulmonary tissue. The exercises allowing for the massage of the internal organs, predominantly the liver and the pancreas are also performed. This part is ended with the dynamic breathing exercises performed walking. The conclusion part of the exercises comprises the exercises improving the mobility of the anterior abdominal wall. At the end, Shavasan position is performed with self-training elements. |
