FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction, in particular to device for icicles removal from roof overhangs and is intended for automation of icicles removal process, where size of icicles does not exceed 80-100 mm. Device comprises carriage with double-arm icicle chipper. Carriage executes reciprocal motion together with chain that embraces master and slave pulleys. Chain is driven by motor-reducer supplied via time relay. Variation of carriage motion direction is realised by means of lever that interacts with travel limiters. Device design makes it possible to cover the whole building perimeter with single drive. Device operates in automatic mode and excludes effect of human factor. ^ EFFECT: lower cost of device and lower laboriousness of its installation, exclusion of human factor effect. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
