摘要 A control device of tension of conveyor belt contains a conveyor belt, which encircles snub pulleys, a tension drum and a driving drum, sensors of slippage control, control of descent and speed of belt, an electric motor connected with the driving drum, a drive, which is connected by an actuating element with the tension drum. It additionally contains a displacement pickup, a current-sensing device, a sensor of effort, the first and second conveyor balances; moreover the first balance is installed next to the loading station of conveyor, and the second balance - in the middle part of the conveyor, a controller, which eight information inputs are connected with outputs of the sensors respectively, the first and second shapers, which information inputs are connected with proper outputs of controller, the output of the first shaper is connected with the first input of drive, and the output of the second shaper - with the second input of drive. The disclosed device provides for elimination of effect of dynamic weight component of load on the accuracy of control of the tension of conveyor belt. The automatic maintenance of the ratio of belt tension and its comparison with the traction effort will allow to exclude the slipping one. This will increase output of the conveyor line, decrease the degree of its wear and power consumption for the transport of rock mass.
