A method for propagation of plants of breeding material of sugar and fodder beets in culture in vitro includes preparation of modified Gamborg-Eveleigh medium B5 with phytohormone BAP, placing sterilized auxiliary buds on B5 under conditions of lighting 3-5 klx, at 18-hour photoperiod, temperature 26±2 °С and relative moisture 80 %. For enhancing effect of phytohormohe BAP succinic acid is introduced in the nutrient medium in amount of 3.3-98.3 mg/l. |
