It is received alkaline silica- potassium basis by means of dissolution of silicic acid in potassium hydroxide at correlation "û:"=5.5-6.0 and boiling temperature. Received pulp is dissolved by water and neutralised by portions of hydrochloric acid up to pH=3-4 at intensive mixing up to coagulation of silicon compound.
