The invention relates to the metallurgy, namely to a method for continuous obtaining of wire in an electrolytic cell and to an electrolytic cell with cathode, being continuous by removed. The method for continuous obtaining of wire in electrolytic cell comprises the supply of inoculation wire in electrolytic cell from first drum, where on it by electrolysis is applied of metal layer. The obtained wire of increased diameter is subjected to drawing. The thinnedand lengthened wire is reeled on other drum. The further process is carried out at returnable movement of wire, i.e. wire is supplied as inoculation from other drum in electrolytic cell, where on it by electrolysis is applied metal layer, obtained wire of the increased diameter is subjected to drawing and is reeled the thinned and lengthened wire on the first drum. Process cyclically is repeated. The excess of wire, obtained as a result of its prolongation at drawing, accumulate. The finished wire periodically is removed by replacement of the drum filled by wire, on empty. The invention provides increasing of work efficiency of electrolytic cell and improvements of conditions of its service. |
