A combined windmill with vertical axis of rotation is arranged as active air turbine as box hollow structure, at the edges of its blades it is equipped with additional triple paddles. Paddles in cross section are like the section of aircraft wing and have non-symmetrical profiles. Inner and outer paddles are fixed in face sections to axial hinges parallel to axis of rotation of combined windmill, turn of each of those paddles is restricted with stoppers and has acute angle γ. Fixation of the middle paddle is rigid. |
